Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training is much like one-on-one personal training, except LOTS more fun and MUCH more affordable. Clients participating in the semi-private training program will work with a fitness trainer in a group of 6 (maximum). Circuit and interval training is the general training format and workouts are designed to maximize fat loss, weight loss and body sculpting. If you’re frustrated with your RESULTS, bored of working out in those “soft” fitness facilities, (Hint: “rhymes with Swerves”) or tired wasting money on overcrowded and intimidating gyms you never use, then you’ll love small-group training at Synergize! Women’s Self Defense

he first Saturday of every month Synergize! offers a two-hour women’s self defense workshop. In this two hour hands on workshop you will learn:

Your body’s natural weapons and when and how to use them
Learn how to survive the most brutal attacks
Learn how to protect yourself in real worls scenraions
Discover the techniques to defend yourself from a front or rear attack
Safety tips to prevent assaults
